Inspired by a pinhole workshop taught by Justin Quinnell, Matt Bigwood made these 6-month-long exposures using a beer can pinhole camera.

You can see his setup above which entailed placing 5”x7” photo paper inside the can and taping it to a pole with gaffer tape.

The curve you see is the sun’s path across the sky as distorted by the curve of the can.

In Eudora, Kansas, you dont give your money to charity until you’ve done something fuggin rad with it first. Raising over $700 in pennies, they set out to beat the world record for world’s largest Sierpenski triangle. 9 hours and over 60,000 pennies later, the massive copper Triforce was complete. Is he teething? That’ll do it. :(

He’s been teething since about 2 months. Nothing’s really come up tho. I worked yesterday so he had bottles, which makes him extra gassy, so that’s part of it, too. He passed out while staring at himself a little bit ago, so its quite now :)

Someone has been very fussy today and aside from letting him cry himself into a nap, the only thing that has calmed him has been starting at a gif of himself. Crazy baby. Won’t let me sit him on his play mat with the mirror, though.
